CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to our small size, any cancellation will affect us significantly. Consequently we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. We will make every effort to rebook rooms, however, we will charge 100% of the total booking price for cancellations (or reduction in number of nights stayed) within 48 hours of 6pm on the arrival date or in the case of non-arrival.
We appreciate that unexpected changes to travel plans may occur and we recommend adequate travel insurance to protect you against late cancellation penalties. We are unable to carry losses on behalf of guests that should be covered by a good travel insurance policy. Check your credit card policy and you may find that you are already covered by the card you choose to use. A credit card (Mastercard or VISA accepted) is required to secure your booking.
